Note :
- Before installing and using this oven, read the user manual of this oven.
- Children cannot play with this appliance.
- The information about the authorised service centre is on the rating plate. The rating plate is on the front frame of the oven cavity. Do not remove the rating plate.
- Only a trained personnel to install this appliance and replace the cable.
- Do not use the appliance before installing it in the built-in structure.
- This appliance is to be used indoors and for household use only.
- Make sure that the room is ventilated.
- Do not put dry and wet flammable products in, near or on the oven.
- Before using this oven for the first time :
- Clean the oven and the accessories with a soft cloth, warm water and a mild detergent.
- Set the display (language, display brightness, buzzer volume, water hardness, time of day)
- Set the water hardness level. Use the test paper supplied with the steam set.
- When the tap water hardness level is 4, fill the water drawer with still bottled water (use only cold tap water).
- Keep the water drawer away from hot surfaces.
- Empty the water drawer after cooking ends.
- When cooking :
- Make sure that the oven door is closed when the oven operates.
- Use only the food sensor (core temperature sensor) recommended for this appliance.
- Do not open the oven door too often during cooking.
- Keep the door gasket clean and make sure it is well fixed in its position.
- Use metal cookware to improve energy saving.
- Keep the intervals between baking as short as possible when you prepare a few dishes at one time.
- When the cooking duration is more than 30 minutes, reduce the oven temperature at 3 - 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Cooking continues using the residual heat inside the oven.
- Do not let the oven stay unattended when the oven is switched on and cooking.
- Do not operate the oven with wet hands.
- Avoid touching the heating elements.
- Open the oven door carefully.
- Always use oven gloves to remove or put in accessories or ovenware.
- Disconnect the oven's power supply after finished cooking or before carrying out any maintenance.
- Be careful when you unplug and remove the core temperature sensor plug from the dish.
- Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing the lamp to avoid electric shock.
- Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance.
- Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the glass door as they can scratch the surface and may shatter the glass.
- If the main power supply cable is damaged, the cable must be replaced by the manufacturer, the authorised service centre or trained personnel.
