I placed an order for a Hitachi Fridge on Friday and it was delivered on monday. I got a TV bracket installed at the same time my fridge was delivered. Very professional and courteous staff. I never have experienced a deal as easy as this.
I put an order, then very soon Kelvin contacted me, again very soon that they send them, surprisingly I make the payment only when I received the item at my home.
This company shows how multi-racial can work together, I dealt with Kelvin remotely, then a Malay & Indian guy come and send the item to me and then deal done.
Excellent and good job, I absolutely will deal with you guys again, very very soon too

I'm really happy I found your website and company! Prices are really good, and most important, have stock and items I bought got delivered next day!
What a difference, comparing to some other shops in Malaysia, where you have to downpay 100%, then they will cancel order having no stock and then give you hard times getting money refunded :D

This is not first time for me bought an aircond. This is my no. 7 & 8 aircond! And this is the worst contractor so far i have seen.
1. Lousy installation.
2. They used back the old cooper piping at my house which already more than 10 years age. Ask to change but reluctant. Wasted RM180 for nothing!
3. Not installed proper drainage system instead just let the aircond water flow on the outside wall!
4. Simply nailed the aircond holder instead screw it.
5. Not done house keeping at all. Just left their shits.

thanks to jintex, now i have my electrical selections at the best price without having to go around for bargain. this is my 2nd time buying experience. the delivery man also pleasant and courteous. delivery done next evening after midnight order.
overall, other potential buyer could buy with peace of mind. keep up the good work!
