Bought a 1.5hp hitachi aircon based on good reviews on website. Had to wait for 5 days for the item to become available, no one called, had to check with them after no response regarding my order. Air con installer came late on the appointed date, had to wait for 2.5 hours for them to arrive, still I was patient. The last straw came when the installer was rude, speaking to me harshly. Conclusion, jintex offers good pricing, but service is poor and it is probably better to pay more and get better service from other shops like harvey norman.

Bought 60 inch sharp led 3D tv, microwave oven and electronic mosquitoes buster. Very good service, with low price compared to everywhere else with a lot of free goodies for tv and got free gift also. Satisfied and this is my second time bought an item here and will buy again in future.

- Accomodating to my need, willing to wait till I reach home from the office.
- But the best thing that I think can differentiate this from many online shops out there, is the ability to pay only when you received the item, not just cash, but with credit cards. This way, even if the order doesn't got delivered, the buyer is spared from the agony of thinking if there is any payment made.
- Love the PWP discounts, this for sure will tempt me to come buy here again. Keep up the good work.
