Happy with the buying experiences so far and the service response is really commendable. What I like is they act on feedback and get things done - no annoying excuses/reasons. They ask pertinent questions and if it is clear that action needs to be taken, they do it and come back to you.

Good value for money products. However, I was disappointed with the delivery service. The delivery team arrived one hour late, and I was told it is because they had to go back to get the right model appliance after initially picking up the wrong one.

Ordered on Tuesday. Delivered on Thursday of the same week my aircon unit. Called one day beforehand on delivery date, as requested and called again on delivery date to advise delivery time. Responsible supplier and pleasant staff.

I have been Jintex customer for more than 6 years. Whenever I need to buy heavy bulky items like Fridge, Washing Machines and any other items, Jintex always the no.1 top choice.

There are other "online" shopping that you can purchase from, BUT take a look at the reviews and see why I do not prefer them. No.1 reason is the delivery guys. A lot of the items when delivered are "kemek", "missing", "bad scratches". End up with heartache.

I buy a lot of items usually for renting purposes. Jintex fits them prefectly as I can arrange the time the delivery guys can come over.

I can inspect and make sure everything is OK before I pay.

I do not need to deal with rude courier guys throwing the items that I pay for until it looks like it has been used for ages.
