Honestly, it's quite difficult to find good customer service from retail outlets in KL. That isn't the case however with Jintex Electronics as they are really helpful and responsive to their customers. I have purchased various items from them over the years since 2014 (from my fridge to washing machine to my air-conditioners) and with their excellent customer service and competitive pricing, I'm sure to patronize them again in the future.

Kevin was very prompt in responding to my queries. Also Christine kept me updated about the delivery date and time. His workers were very careful and professional during delivery. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience and I definitely recommend purchasing from Jintex.
