Called up on 11/19 noon - Christine said no delivery on Sat, will arrange on next Monday.
Called up on 11/21 noon - Christine said no stock, need to order from Toshiba, guarantee arrived in 3 days.
No follow up action within 3 days.
Called up on 11/24 noon - Christine has no idea who I am, need to remind her the order # and the conversation in the past 4 days. She said no stock from Toshiba factory, recommend another model. I said OK, please place the order with Toshiba. She said will place the order immediately with Toshiba.
Called up on 11/25 noon - Christine has no idea who I am "again", need to remind her the order # and the conversation in the past 5 days. I confirm the arrival date & time. She said have not place the order, and will do it now.
I wonder what is the real reason or problem behind the scene? and what's wrong with the Toshiba Washing Machine placement?

I order on wednesday evening, i received my washing machine on thursday morning. Very fast service and cheap.Easy payment, no booking or deposit needed. just pay at ur home! Easy and no hustle.

My wife and I visited Jintex on 5 Oct 2016 to shop for a new fridge. Christine was very patient, friendly and offered good tips that helped make our final decision. Looking forward to our new family fridge arriving soon!

I have to admit that aircond installation queue is quite long esp on saturday. Waited bout 3 weeks b4 installation. However service is provided is good and price given is cheap compared to others. Anyone who want to install aircond better do it on weekdays to avoid long q. Tq
