• Unplug this appliance after use and allow it to cool down before cleaning (remove the frying basket compartment can cool this appliance faster).

• Use hot water, mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge to clean the frying basket compartment and the frying basket. Use degreasing liquid to remove any remaining dirt.
