Last Friday we ordered an oven at a very good price. It was delivered punctually to us on Tuesday. Unfortunately, about 30mins after the deliverymen had helped us set up the oven and left, we noticed the enamel paint at an obscure corner of the oven door had unexplicably been chipped off. We immediately called Kevin about this and he very kindly offered to replace it a new one on that very same evening with no questions asked. We are very thankful Kevin gave us the benefit of the doubt and did not accuse us of having caused the damage ourselves as we did, after all, receive the oven in apparent good order.
